Hotly tipped as Asia’s best new golf course in 2014, Anvaya Cove Golf and Sports Club in Subic Bay, The Philippines enjoyed a soft opening for its new clubhouse this month.
The golf course opened for limited member rounds on October 16 and judging by our photo gallery it’s not going to be short of people travelling to tee it up here.
The 18-hole course hugs the startlingly beautiful Anvaya Cove and its 3.5km coastline and is attached to a luxury residential property development.
The complex was designed with big ambitions, not just to be the best course in the Philippines – but to be the first truly world class Filipino golf course.

Location
The course runs directly beside the West Philippine Sea, on bluffs looking straight down on the beach, and along ridges with long views across Subic Bay.
Clubhouse
The brand new clubhouse is designed in a modernist ‘Asian Tropical,’ style enabling golfers to dine in and outdoors, feel soothing sea breezes and enjoy panoramic views over the golf course. Spa treatments will be available in the clubhouse and Sports Club along with a pool, gym and health club.
